Hello, dears! We were visitors to Hellfest from Estonia. On June 18th between 10 and 11 am, an accident happened in your store. A man collapsed - stroke. We are very, very grateful to the medics who were in your store, who were able to assess the seriousness of the situation. And they called an ambulance. We were also helped by a gentleman who was a firefighter (maybe a local?). The operation at the hospital was successful. We got there on time thanks to the team working in the store. If you could pass on our heartfelt gratitude to all of them. Thanks to your willingness to help, Mr. Ago is back in Estonia and alive! Take care! Maarika

Been here for hellfest. It is very organized, you can find everything you need for the right price. They also seem to refill the missing items straight away. You are in need of any item that you forgot to bring with you, you will most likely find it here

I was doing Hellfest. and it’s the perfect place to get anything you need from. Big and spacious even with the amount of people from the festival. Friendly and hardworking staff. less than 5-10mins walk from Hellfest camp.

Visited here for Hellfest as they'd taken over the carpark. Very confusing on where to park and none of the staff seem sure of what's what. Main thing is park in either east or West carpark then get the shuttle to the main stages
